Rubber Toughened Epoxy Adhesive Overview
Infinity Bond EP100 FLEX is a two-part, unfilled rubber-modified epoxy formulated for high-speed bonding of metals, ceramics, and most plastics. EP100 FLEX is an opaque/tan epoxy and offers flexibility and peel strength with a work-life of 5 minutes. Each cartridge comes with 2 static mixing nozzles for efficient dispensing.
This epoxy has a good resistance to water, salt spray, inorganic acids and bases along with most organic solvents. EP100 FLEX has a shear strength of 2,000-4,000 psi. A handling cure is achieved in 20-30 minutes and a full cure in just 24 hours.
How to Dispense Rubber Toughened Flexible Epoxy
Use a cartridge gun for dispensing 50ml and 400ml cartridges. Cartridge guns are lightweight, reliable and a perfect low-cost option for dispensing two-part epoxy adhesives.
